I have had a bad experience with rebeltrail.com and I can say that it is not just one individual but the company has done an entire page of our website using a style guide that was never given to us and is now all gone. Also the customer service is terrible. They are always sorry and will not be able to do anything about it. Were currently without a website for months on end and its all because of this companys stupid behavior.
