"I Have Never Had Such"

I have never had such terrible customer service I called to ask about a design for my business and the lady who answered told me that she didnt know how to do it. I asked her what type of design and she said I dont know sorry. Then when I asked her if she could find somebody who could help me she said no and hung up on me. This was an absolute nightmare
