mediaI have had a bad experience with company redandgreymedia.com. I ordered a few items and they didnt arrive when they said they would and then when I called to complain the customer service agent told me that she was sorry but she couldnt do anything about it because the company was in the middle of making money off of my order. In addition the products I received were very poor quality and did not look like what I expected them to. Overall this experience was incredibly frustrating and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Theyve got a website where users can look for machines theyre in the business of maintaining and then have them brought up to date andor new with new technologies. But this company also has an incredible amount of experience with workstations and quite honestly they dont always use the right tools for the job at hand. The redandgraymedia.com site is currently being used to promotion purposes by keeping track of how much money each job satisfaction level brings in. However due to the fact that many of the tools used are quite outdated and not always relevant the overall site function rather than result in high satisfaction levels.

They never sent me the domain name I wanted and also they changed the phone number which was why I didnt get my order until after Christmas. worst of all is that they were supposed to be working on a new product but they only delivered on one of their promises. all in all dont buy from this company if you want quality work and good customer service.
