I have never had such a negative experience with any company in my life. I ordered a movie and when it arrive the box was broken open and all of the movies were deleted The customer service is absolutely unprofessional and they do not seem to care about their customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just opened this email and went through it all. Ive been a customer of redboxdigital.com for about 2 years now and have never had any issues. But lately Ive become more and more sure that theres somebody else out there like me. You get three emails in 24 hours from me all with same message- please send me new questions for next day. Not only was this done to my account but also to the accounts of people who were already dead or not even involved in the company anymore. Thank you for your help
