They provide great customer service and always have new and exciting products to offer.Im a recent college graduate and I needed some professional photos printed as soon as possible. When I searched for an online photo printing company I found Redkstudio by accident The website was so user-friendly and their prices were much better than any other site I compared it to. Second of all the products they produce are either really ugly or not worth the money. Third of all their customer service is horrible. I have never seen anything good about this company. I have received my monitors in the mail and am using them for testing but I only need a couple of them. The customer service was horrible. I called today and they were out of channels What is with these people and my monitors it isitars around so much and the screen pops out my window. Overall not a great experience and will not be using this company again.
