Refractiv is the worst company ever. I never had a good experience with them and Im warning you if youre looking for anything other than terrible service dont even bother looking. The only thing they do better than Google is giving away free services to their customers. So avoid them at all costs

Refractiv is the worst company ever. I have never seen such an incompetent and unprofessional company. The customer service was terrible too. They did not even bother to try to help me when my computer crashed because they said it was their own fault. They just told me to use Google chrome and hope for the best. Do not go with this company

I just gave up on Refractiv and Im not sure what happened. I set up a customer account and within minutes had a problem. We were able to get it resolved for free. Were no longerbert with Refractiv and I dont think anything they do is worth the trouble.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Refractiv.co.uk. My account was charged over 1000 in added costs due to no reason other than because I was a jurisdictional customer of theirs. I immediately called them and asked what was going on and they told me that my city and state were not included in their calculations when it came to their bill. Its as if they are trying to tell me that my data is our business and were worth more than your free trial

I was this companys Enabler and felt that I had the best of both worlds. However since becoming less involved in the business I have come to realize that Refractiv is not as good as they seem. Their services are expensive and their overall approach to cloud computing is difficult to understand. If you want a cloud service that will work for you go elsewhere if you want to be an expert at cloud computing then definitely check out their services
