EdificateI have had two dealings with company relatech.com and both times it has been a total nightmare. The first time I had to contact them after getting a phone number changed on my email address and they were either not willing or unable to change the number. They also did not stop automated transmission of their email from my address to their own which I found very unfair. The second time was a bit more fortunate I contacted them because I had just bought a new computer and was trying to learn about its features. It turns out that their website was blocked in China and there was no way to get it fixed. Its been going on for upwards of one thousand dollars worth of me since purchase. If youre ever dealing with this kind of problem do not even think about working with companies relatedch.com
