marketing and web developmentI have had a terrible experience with Renderview.net. I ordered the software but it never arrived. I sent an email to customer service and they said that they were sorry but it would be too late for me to do anything about it now that the software was already installed on my computer. They said that I would only be able to get my money back if I could take the software down myself and stop using it. Needless to say this has not worked out well for me so far.

The service was incredibly slow and it took forever for me to get anything done. Additionally the customer service was nonexistent and unhelpful. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

marketingI was this companys customer service representative for a while. I dont think I ever received the phone call that I needed. The phone number they provided was never workable or accurate. They said they would call me at home and they did not. The phone number they provided was also unhelpful and often worked different than what was provided. Overall it took too long to get through to the person I needed and was very frustrating.

marketingI just entered my first review for company renderview.net. Ive been using this website for a little over a month now and have to say that its being used more than necessary. The website is all about the loading time and not really about the software itself. I have never seen anything in the business page that was related to the software itself except for a few ads today. It seems like company Renderview.net isnt very interested in their software or their users. At best they are being passive in their handling of this situation and at worst they are terrible at this type of business.
