AccountsI am so sorry to say that I have had a terrible experience with resilienceit.com. First of all the customer service is absolutely terrible They always seem to be able tot get their act together and it takes forever for them to get back to you. Second of all the hosting is really cheap but its not worth it if your account gets cancelled because of something like a virus or hacked password. Overall I would not recommend this company and would never use them again.

AccountsI have had two accounts with this company and both times their customer service was terrible. First time I called they were absolutely unhelpful told me there was no way to get my account reactivated because it had been expired for months and wouldnt even say how much money I would need toRenew. Second time I tried calling them they transferred me to a bunch of different people until I finally got someone who could help me. Both times the quality of their customer service was poor and they failed to resolve my issue. If youre looking for a host that will not help you fix your expired account or transfer you over to another host then resilienceit is definitely the wrong choice.
