I have had a terrible experience with resolve digital. They are not able to do anything about the fact that I am having problems creating my eCommerce site. They keep telling me it is because of my computer but I have been dealing with them for months and they never seem to be able to help me fix the issue.

The customer service was also terrible they would not help me with my problem until after I had already spent hours on the phone trying to figure it out. resolvedigital is a terrible company. They are always willing to 3rd party device reviews which is great but when they are not their customer service is Amazing. I have had to many issues with this company in the past and it never seems to get better but they still manage to keep on trucking. currently using resolve digital for about 2 years now and have never had so much trouble with customer serviceThis user has never been satisfied with any product or service from company resolvedigital.com. On one occasion they were able to solve a problem with an online store that he was out of town on and their customer service was amazing. More often than not they have been able to handle problems that have come up multiple times during the past two years of use. But please dont hold companyresolutiondigital against you- your data could be safe if something happens to their business
