I placed an order for a Custom Database Web and GIS Solution only to find out that the product never shipped and I was charged for it. Do not bother with this company- they will ruin your reputation in the process.

I used this company to create a Custom Database Web and GIS Solutions. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of their work. The data they created was incredibly inaccurate and incomplete. Additionally their customer service was terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone.

1 star - Poor quality product.I purchased a custom database web and GIS solution from this company and was very disappointed with the quality of the product. The website is very poorly designed and it took me hours to figure out how to even use the product. I also had difficulty getting help from the customer service team which made things much worse. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was this companys customer for years. I thought they were the best in the business. But now Im not so sure. Their customer service is terrible. They never listen to you and just does its own thing. The prices are good though.This company is nothing but a scam. I have been using them for years and they have always been a great high-quality resource data product. Now Im not so sure after being scammed again
