.com has a terrible customer service experience.I have had a great experience with rightpoint.com so far however my recent experience with their customer service was horrible I went to make an order and they told me that they were out of stock on the product I wanted and would be able to get it for me in 5-7 business days. However after waiting FOREVER I received the product and it was not even close to what I wanted Additionally when I called them back to complain about the product and how it wasnt even close to what I wanted they said that its always hard when youre trying to do something we dont want you to do but then proceeded to give me a CERTIFICATE THAT THEY HAD WRITTEN ABOUT MY ORDER THAT SHOWED HOW LOW THE QUANTITY WAS Needless to say this company is a huge scam and should be avoided at all costs.

.Ive never had such terrible customer service before. I was having a problem with my order and they wouldnt take it back or give me a voucher. Then when I called them the woman on the phone was so unprofessional and rude that I really didnt want to talk to her. The whole experience made me very uncomfortable and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The website is full of false promises and empty boasts about how great their services are but the reality is that they dont do anything at all to help you improve your customer experience. In fact their entire business model revolves around selling you worthless products that will only make your customers angry and frustrated. Save your money and go somewhere else - theres no need for Rightpoint in the slightest.

However Ive never heard one good or bad comment about their customer service and I have always been satisfied with my services. They offer a great platform for customers to work on their business goals and achieve success. However Im not so sure how they could be satisfied with their customer service. It seems like its always busy just because of the website being up and running.Ive never had any positive or negative experience with Rightpoint.coms customer service. When Ive had a problem with a customer its always busy trying to get my issue resolved. Im not sure why they are so happy to have a website such as Rightpoint.com open while our customer support is always busy trying to fix issues in our system.

My only experience was extremely negative.usterpage.com provides no real value other than the promise of relief from stress and inconvenience.heartedpage.com is very helpful in finding the right products and services to help me solve my problems but company makes it difficult to find the right things. Its easy to find what youre looking for on Rightpoint.com but this service is nothing more than a good old-fashioned customer service Shant page feeling like youre just doing your part of the deal instead of helping out your fullingly problem solving client - which isulpting an experience for customers that never happened on Shant page . Thank you company for trying and failing.
