This company is bad. They are always trying to upsell customers by giving them more services at increased prices. I have had to call customer service multiple times to get my charges reduced and they have no idea how to do web design. You cant even find out your contact information when they ask you what type of website you use. The app development service is just as bad - we were told this would be the best way to go but its just a work-around for their website development firm. Overall I have had very poor experiences with company riology.com and I would not recommend them to anyone.
