I have had two terrible experiences with RL West Coast. The first time was when I was working on a project for a client and doing some research about the best digital agency to work with. I was very disappointed that I wasnt able to meet the standards or meet the companys expectations. The second experience happened because I made a purchase and then later got a call from RL West Coast asking for my opinion on a-la-carte planers. This company is known for making bad companies because they never listen to what their customers wants. My favorite thing about RL West Coast is that they always take care of their customers even if its just by giving them a prompt response in case they needed one. Thank you for your time
