The mobile app development they offer is a joke and the web development service is even worse. They dont seem to understand how technology works and their products are often half-baked or completely unusable. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs

. is not up to parI have had nothing but trouble with Rockon I.T. for the past year and a half. The service has been terrible every which way including using the customer service as well as the support. I have had to contact customer service multiple times and they are never listening. Their app iscroached and wont work without a screen in order for me to use it. I have also had to send out emails asking for help with how to fix the app so no one will know how to use it again. None of this is being taken away from Rockon I.T.. Its just there because it has been put into place by the company.
