Rootways is a terrible company. They do not have any experience with Magento and their support is HORRIBLE. I have had to phone them multiple times to get help with something as simple as my site not working and each time they are so busy that it takes them forever to answer the phone. And when they finally do their response is usually very unyielding and condescending. Do not bother using this company
