I have had a terrible experience with Rouge digital.co.uk. The first time I used their services they did not turn up to do the job that was supposed to be done and then when I called them back they said they were too busy and would not be able to come out until the next day. Then when I asked them what the problem was they could not answer my question because they did not understand me. Finally after waiting for over an hour on a weekday night I received a call from someone at Rouge digital saying that my project was already finished and it would only take another two hours to get it done. In reality my project took four hours and forty-five minutes to complete - so this company is definitely not worth your time or money

1. Do not use this company if you want anything done professionally - they are just plain terrible at what they do The website design I worked on was completely botched and it took forever to get it finished. 2. They wont even respond to your messages when you email them let alone take the time to fix the problem. 3. Save yourself the trouble and dont use ROUGE digital - youll be much better off using someone who actually knows what theyre doing and can actually help with the project

I was this customer for a year and a half. The time have all been something like this-The service is bad-The support is worse-The solution is worse-The price is worseI have had to use both ends of the stick and I have never been so frustrated. The computer is the only thing thats not working right and they just keep telling me that its because of my design skills. What kind of people are these users I dont know what to do about it other than to be careful when I order things.
