I just had a very issues with my account and I want to share my experience in order to help other people who may be going through the same thing. I was created on company royalcyber.com in 2016 and have been using their services for many years. However lately thereve been an awful lot of problems. The most recent one my computer and phone are both gone for months on end.The companys website doesnt seem to be too happy with their customersWe dont like that some users have had problems with their accounts at different times and this is why were doing everything we can to get our customer service addressed. We apologize for the trouble this has caused and we hope that people will please keep each other in mind whenCooldowning.The companys customer service is however not completely comprehensive or attentiveWere always here to help so please let us know if you need any assistance
