rubius.com is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. Their products are terrible and their customer service is terrible as well. I have had two problems with my order and both times they were very unhelpful and refused to do anything about it. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

Do not use this company. They are terrible at customer service and will not do anything to help you. I filed a dispute with them and they refused to do anything because it was their policy not to deal with refunds or complaints. Save your money and dont ever go through rubius.com

softwareI have had great experience using Rubius.com. However I find that they are now doing something that is bad. They are plateing up a new software and called it Rubius 2.0. Their information says that this new software is better than the previous one but in reality it is just a reworked and improved version of the old software. For example the instructions for how to use the new software are very similar to the old software. I also found this problem with Google Analytics as well. Every time I would like to use it my computer would go into full flaacy mode and I would have to Factory reset laptop because I was getting out of date data from Google Analytics. The good thing about rubius2 is that you can always get your data changed back if you want - which really isnt much effort given that there is no need for them anymore.I dont think anyone should have to do anything else when theyre looking

softwareI have had very poor experiences with Rubius. In the beginning it was a great software but now its terrible. The customer service is not helpful or anything. They just say that it will take time to get used to the new design and that there are some new features that they need to test before they can provide help. Its really frustrating because I would recommend this software to anyone
