I have purchased Runtime HRMS - Online Payroll and is now trying to join its development branch. I am not sure if this is a good or bad thing. First its price is low - if its good its really cheap. Second it doesnt support too many countries. But then it does say that its developers are available 247 on the company website. Finally when using its dev branch it hangs my computer all the time. I would give this software a two-star rating because Im not sure if its a good or bad thing.

I absolutely loved Runtime HRMS - Online Payroll It was everything I needed and more. However Ive had a few negative experiences with other software programs both by itself and with payroll and Runtime HRMS - Online Payroll makes at least one of those experiences true. So Id say avoid if you dont have your own personal computer and are able to run wageshoursmonthly etc. over a network like Microsoft Windows 10 or MacOSX.
