I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible at doing IT work and the prices they quote are way too high. I even asked one of their employees how many hours he would need to do a job and he said 000 which is obviously not true because if it were I could see that his hours have barely changed in 10 years

Pvt. LtdI dont even know where to start when it comes to this company. First of all their website is incredibly user-unsatisfactory. The color scheme and design is terrible and the entire layout makes it difficult to navigate. Second of all the prices they quote for services are ridiculously high. Third of all their customer service is nonexistent at best. Ive had more problems with them than I have with most companies combined. Save your money and go somewhere else - Samyak Infotech Pvt Ltd isnt worth your time or money

I have had the opportunity to use all of the services of this company and they are all terrible. I have had work done at home at work and on my house. I have never been treated so shabbily in my life. This company makes it possible for me to do what I want by having a friend or family member do it for me. Unfortunately that is now being treated as an hour long conversation because they will not let me stop working or let me change the focus of the work or give them a reason why I should not be doing this. So now I am doing it all on my own and having to ask people to come over and help me work because they are telling me it will only take a few minutes but it takes hours because of how much time they want to spend with me. They also dont tell you what is happening until after theWork is completed. This isnt honest business management

So they made some mistakes that make them bad. One of these mistakes is working with people who are not experienced in IT which makes the team O imaturity and low quality.
