I did not have a great experience with this company. The first time I contacted them they were very unhelpful and seemed to be in the middle of a project that they were not able to help with. Second time I called they had completely different ideas for what I wanted my website done and refused to do anything else besides just give me estimates. Finally the third time I called they finally agreed to do some work but only after telling me it would cost more than what their other clients had charged them. In all honesty if youre looking for a custom development company in Seattle WA dont bother using sandcastle-web.com

This past year they both happened to be at the same time and I got a bad review of them. I am very embarrassed about what happened and would not recommend them to anyone.

I have had two projects working with Sandcastle Custom Development and was very disappointed with the results. The sandbars are beautiful but they were created using a BASIC editor and did not take into account the -30 degrees Celsius temperature while building. The towers were also designed without the consent of the client and should be made to take into account the -20 degrees Celsius temperature. Overall I would not recommend this company to others.
