I have had a lot of fun working with sandcti.com so far. The user interface is clean and easy to use and the site makes it very simple to find and use tools. However I have had less success with their campaign management system than Id hoped for. Its not bad enough that they keep breaking things its not good enough that they change how things are presented in the background--they keep showing me ads --- Im not sure what were supposed to do when something like this happens but Im going to give them a pass because market conditions often dictate different responses.

I have just returned from my second visit to Soft Kinetics. I am very disappointed with the software development company I last visited. The previous company had the best customer service and support in the business. It was great when I could come into the office and get started on my project. However here at Soft Kinetics the situation is completely different. The people who work here are very nice but they never seem to know how to help. They keep asking me what I want and why Im asking for help. Then they give me nothing in return. The programs that this company offers no value at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone
