Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is even worst. Ive had to contact them multiple times for things that were done without my knowledge or consent and each time their response was either unhelpful or unyielding. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I started out by sending them an application for a design project and was told that it would take about 3-4 weeks for me to get a response back. After 4 weeks I still hadnt received a response so I sent another application. This time I was told that the project wouldnt be done until after the Christmas holiday season which is really frustrating because I need my work done in order to qualify for some grants that I am applying for. Finally after 8 weeks of being kept in the dark I received a call from their customer service representative asking if I wanted to reschedule my project or not because they were running behind on other projects. Needless to say this has been one of the worst experiences ever with Sapphire Arts - Bespoke Application Development Creative Digital Services.

I have used this company a few times now and Ive had to say that the work they do is absolutely terrible. The first time was for an online project and it was just awful. They were never able to get the job done and it cost me a fortune in wasted time. The second time was for something more serious and they actually managed to complete the project but only after spending hours on end trying to figure out how to do it their way instead of what we wanted. And finally the most recent occasion was for something very important and they completely botched it up. The entire process cost me over 2000 which is just ridiculous considering the quality of their work. Do not use this company if you want your projects to be successful - youll be sorry you did

Their website is easy to navigate and they offer a great variety of applications for purchase or use. However I was very disappointed with the user review section on their website. It was very difficult to find and it was extremely user-generated. I also thought that the writing was not quality enough when it came to explaining their service. I would not recommend using this company at all.
