Im not happy with my experience with sapratigs.com. The customer service was wonderful but the service was terrible. I ordered a digital smudge tool and when I sent them my feedback they created a new ticket Ive had to send again and again because they just dont care about their customers. They need to get a little bit more sense of customer service or theyll never be able to make a extra money in this business.

Sapratigs.com is a bad customer service experience Ive had every time Ive needed to order something online. The process is difficult and always involves some kind of stress trying to line up my order with the right products and never being able to because its out of stock. I really appreciate the quality of their products but this website makes everything so hard.

Saratigs customer service is terrible. They are always quick to provide feedback but they never seem to be able to. I have had to call them multiple times because my phone was going dead and they were not willing to help. The last time I came in for a appointment the lady who came out was very unprofessional and said she would be happy to go through touch screen technology with me. She did not do a thing The staff is also very slow and when they do come through with the results of the test it is often outdated or wrong. Overall I have had bad experience with saratgs and I would not recommend them to anyone.
