SAS Technologies, Review Specifics:
SAS Technologies is a huge industry buster. Our customer service is terrible and its really difficult to get help from anyone at SAS. If you do happen to need help with something most people have an army of interns that can assist them without any training or experience whatsoever. Its basically impossible to gain the support level needed to even ask for help in the first place. Overall I would not recommend this company anymore my friends.

I just bought a new computer from company Sas-Technologies. The customer service was terrible. They were very slow in getting my order to me and when they did the delivery guy said No problem but he never arrived I had to track him down and get him to come on time however all this happened within the first 2 hours of purchase. The next day I received an email that my order had been delivered but because of the delay I was given no options other than to contact their customer services again or even report them as a satisfied customer. Anyway after contacting their customer service again only to be told that there is nothing we can do since they have already sent out your productservicedate etc. I give up. If you are looking for a quality experience with excellent people who care about their customers then SAS-TEKNOLOGIES is not it.. more
