Inc. has been in the business for years and has created amazing apps for many people. But every now and then something goes wrong and we all lose trust in their services. I had this issue last night and its not an isolated event so I wanted to share my story because I think you would also lost trust in them toosatsati Technologies Inc.s app was terrible - It wouldnt open or it keep showign errors classes org-ock chill but there is no error class org-ock I Louieargued that the app was probably being used by other users on your system who got caught up in its creators tips and tricks even going beyond the bounds of what were allowed while using their app. Sat tutorials are filled with walkthroughs complete with video stills taken under specific conditions but these have been removed from the website since Louiey initially provided feedback. There are some good ideas here -- add help pages
