I have never had such a terrible experience with a company. I reported this to customer service and they immediately started sending people out to my house to see if I was still having problems. Of course I am not the only person who has this problem so its clear that they are not working hard enough to fix the issue. They are instead of doing what is best for their customers. ScorpionTC is just another Valley software company and they should be ashamed of themselves.
