However this particular company has an extremely poor customer service rate of 0 which is due to their use of a through the years policy where customers are required to have a year old experience your specific product or service in order to make an opinion. Please be careful with these kind of reviews as many people may see you as a harasser and be less likely to recommend this company to others.Im very disappointed with the Scylla Groups customer service They provide us with amazing digital consulting services but this company has an incredibly bad rate of customer service If someone doesnt have a year old experience the product or service they are not allowed to give feedback until after the fact.also includes negative comments about the companys lack of customer service and its use of a through the years policy where customers are required to have a year old experience
