I was extremely disappointed with the services provided by SDEusa.com. I ordered a product development service and was informed that my order would be delivered within 2-3 weeks. However after about 8 weeks I received nothing but automated emails from their customer service department informing me that my order had been cancelled and no reason given. Additionally the price for the product development service was much too expensive for what I received.

Inc. is not happy with the companyI have had several issues with this company and their customer service. The first was when I sent an email about a product and it was backordered for months on end. They were never able to solve the issue or make sure I wasushi tht my order came in time. The second was when we were trying to get ahold of a support person and they were gone. We called again and they were gone too. Overall not satisfied with the customer service and overall experience at this company.

However I do have some bad news for them.I have just checked out 3Pillar Global and am really unhappy with what I found. They are an unprofessional and lazy company all of their services are either too high or they dont offer anything you cant find at other businesses. Avoid these guy if you want good product development services.
