Serempre is the worst software company I have ever used. The first time I tried it their software was so buggy that it couldnt even save my project. I had to email them and ask for a refund because there was no way I could finish my project without it. They completely ignored me and didnt respond to my emails until after the fact. Their customer service is terrible as well- they dont seem to care about their customers at all. Do not use this software

I wouldnt recommend this company if youre looking for software thats going to help you come up with great ideas. The software is incredibly basic and doesnt offer much in the way of features which makes it difficult to use. Additionally the customer service was extremely unhelpful and unyielding when I asked them questions about the software.

I have just finished my first job with this company and I can say that I am very unhappy. It was a very difficult process getting our purchase made. The entire process was frustrating and the end result is only some software for me. Sometimes it is hard to find good ideas and sometimes you have to put in a lot of effort to get something done. But in the end we managed to do some work with it and Im really happy with it.
