I have had a terrible experience with SERTI.com.mx. I ordered a creamos analyzer and the software never arrived and when it did it was defective. The instructions given were confusing and not clear at all. I had to call customer service to get my money back and they were very unhelpful. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Serti.com.mx is a company that specializes in SERTI software and does Metatron software. They are a company that provides SERTI software.ani has never had any issues with Serti.com.mx as the company website is always up and running. I have never seen one issue or review of any negative nature when it comes to Serti.com.mx . However I have had some concern for them because of the situation with their user interface which is designed very poorly . It isideoso they offer very little in the way of information about their product nor does their site look like it will help you in anything except the general sense . One would think that a company of theirs would at least be more efficient in providing more information about their product on their site

Serti is a terrible company. They areAmericanized versions of other software companies. If you want something done over the phone they do it instead. I have had to come here and talk to the owner because he has not been able to help me with a software program I was using on my computer. He told me that this is how Serti works. I should have known better than to ask for help from someone who was asking questions about his favorite software company. 15I have been working with Serti for about 4 months now and am already used to the way things are done over the phone. It is very difficult to get through their system in a reasonable time-frame which is most often dayweekend. Overall I would not recommend this service to anyone. 25

Serti.com.mx is a company which provides software that helps people to be more efficient in their work. They offer a variety of tools to help users do this including office software workbooks and other services. However many users have had trouble with them because they are not reliable or consistent. In addition the team has been unable to improve their customer service even after all these years of trying. When customers try to use Serti.com.mxs software it often goes right into fullautoplay mode causing problems for both the customer and the teams time machine so to speak. We at Serti.com.mx would like to apologize for our involvement with company serti.. We know how much work and dedication our team has put in it lately and how little we can do for our customers who have been with us for so long.. We take our job seriously and try our best to improve the customer experience.
