I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. They did not even know what they were doing when they said they needed my software to be delivered by a certain date. I had to call them back and ask for another date because the first one was already past its expiration date. And then once I got there it took forever to get my software - it was finally delivered after two months In the end I just gave up and went somewhere else.

I was given a budget for each year left to complete with no method for me to adjust or change my goal until after the year is up. There are very little resources available to help me finish the cycle such as getting started guides or customer reviews.
