poorI ordered a humanized AI from shavik.com.au and it was delivered very poor. The computer program that was created to work with the AI did not work at all and the website said it would take up to 6 weeks for the delivery of the AI. I contacted customer service and they told me that there is no way that my order could be delivered in that time frame and that I would have to send my order back. I do not believe this company can deliver on their promises especially given the quality of their products.

quickly and easyI have put this review together quickly and easily because I dont think anyone should have to go through all these processes. This is not a customer service problem its aship problems with the site that Im on. 1 The site couldnt give me my shipping address which was required for order placing. 2 The system didnt want to let me know until I did something about the order that Id like to get my money back. 3 Another issue was that when I added the item to my favourites the photo wasnt good enough- it needed a background image. 4 There were some errors in spelling and grammar but all in all it feels like shavik.com.au is just a lot of work for nothing.
