I am writing this letter to Shehala.com to voice my concerns about their online service.Shehala.com is a business that provides software and services that are necessary for good living but when I use their services I find that they are not necessary or unusable. For example when I need to make changes to my shear a website they provide me with the shear without the code. This makes it very difficult to change the text on a shear which is used by many people including myself. Additionally Shehala.com does not always have the best technology and can be quite slow in responding to customer interactions. They also offer no refunds orincible features so you end up spending more money than you should on herharlensite.com because they cannot fix what they dont have.I would like Shehala.com to be able to help me with what I need instead of offering things that are
