I have never had such terrible customer service. The person who answered the phone said my order was lost and I would have to email them to get a new one. Then they told me there was no way they could process a new order because my old one had already been shipped. I asked how long it would take and she said it would probably be a few days. After waiting for a week I called again and the person on the other end said that my order wasnt processed because they were out of stock and couldnt process any more orders What an absolute joke

I am not a customer of this company and will not be future customers. I have had problems with this company in the past which I couldnt fix so Im not sure what the problem was. The customer service was unable to help me and said that it would cost too much to fix the issue. They also do not have what they need in the store and are very slow in getting things like clothes for my grandson.

It seems that people are really unhappy with Shilbrook.com. I dont think that theyre to blame necessarily but its just not seem like theyre doing anything to make people happy there.
