is a terrible company. The software is not worth the money and it is very buggy. I have never had such an experience with a software company before. Do not bother using this oneI absolutely hated Shinetech Software The software was terrible and I had to go through so much trouble to get it working right. It was also quite buggy so I often had to fix things myself. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

is known for selling high-quality software that is easy to use and can be used to help people achieve their goals. However this review is for a previous version of the company.I was a true dedicated customer of theirs for 2 years now and have never had such terrible service. Ive had to call them every day and ask for my opinions on new productsrequests for support etc. They never respond to me and they keep asking me to change my rating from 1 to 2. Ive even gone as far as to send an email letting them know that theyre doing everything wrong and why I think their service is so bad. They dont even care about their customers And in the past they have always been more understanding than this.I would not recommend Shinetech Software at all.

is known for providing high quality software to the market. They have been in business for over 5 years and their software is top of the line. However they have had some bad experiences with their past customers and are no longer present or present in the business.I was a customer of theirs for 2 years until recently. They have now had enough customers and stopped providing software. All their former customers are now leaving reviews which seem to be based on fact not pure conjecture. So far Ive seen a few people who have had issues with them because of how they treat their past customers - unpleasantries were nothing I wasnt expectingI am disappointed with the customer service here at shinetechsoftware.com . I never thought I would get this type of experience but apparently its possible because of how these companies have been able to stay in business for so long without being good at what they do. Its frustrating that your company has ended up being like this and its
