I dont think Ive ever had such terrible customer service. They kept trying to do things that werent even possible like changing my password multiple times and making me send back proofs of what I already had. And then they would tell me it wasnt the right thing because there was a different company doing it. Just avoid this company if you can

1. Do not use this company if you are not comfortable coding This is a scam where the developers promise to help you with your Shopify project but thencharge you for their work afterwards. They also do not deliver on their promises and will often skimp on features in order to make more money off of you. I would strongly advise against using this company.

I am not happy with my shopify app. It was designed well but when I originally added it to my account it said my app was not active enough to be used. Im not sure what the problem is but I couldnt get it to start up ever. Eventually it did start up once or twice but would never continue to eat food. Ive tried every language known to man and even set up a country code so that Shopify cant be reached by the wrong address and still nothing happens. Ive also tried creating a new shopify app and adding company shopifyninja.ca to my account but that doesnt seem to do anything. Maybe this is an issue with my app or maybe Shopify knows about it and isnt allowing me to use itIm not impressed with the product or the company anymore after the experience we had with our previous store company shopitexpo.ly

I just opened up shopify.ca and change my website to look very professional. I was worried about the first website. It was a much harder process for Shopify to understand and make requests due to their interface being so different. I was also worried that my products or services would not be understood by Shopify because it is such an intuitive interface. However company shopifyninja seems to be knowledgeable in what they are doing and they did an amazing job with my new website. Thank you for the excellent service
