Im not sure if I should give this company a negative review because of how terrible their customer service is or because of the quality of their products. However I would say that their products are definitely not worth the money. Their customer service is horrendous and they do not seem to care about their customers at all. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible at customer service and never seem to get back to you. I have had three different issues with my contract data and every time they say sorry but theres nothing they can do about it because the company is insolvent. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I have never had such terrible customer service I got refunded for my canceled cable account but then the company told me they couldnt process the refund because my address was on their records. They also said that if I ever made a new account I would be charged an additional 5 per month for unused services Unacceptable
