I have used this company for quite some time now and Im really disappointed with their services. Theyre not very reliable at all and their eCommerce solutions are terrible. The BI solutions are especially poor - they dont always seem to work correctly and the analytics functionality is pretty basic. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ive been a customer of SIGMA INFOSOLUTIONS for over 4 years now and have had nothing but negative experiences with them. their eCommerce solutions are terrible their BI solutions are even worse and their product engineering is laughably bad. I would not recommend SIGMA INFOSOLUTIONS to anyone.

Sigmainfo.net is a terrible company. They are always quick to add new products and offer new deals but they are also very easy to work with and understand. However they never seem to have all the information you need at hand which can lead to lost sales or experience with the company in any way. Some of the issues I have include-The customer service is terrible. They are always quick to add new products and offer new deals but they are also very easy to work with and understand. However they never seem to have all the information you need at hand which can lead to lost sales or experience with the company in any way.-The customer service is certainly not up to par. Sometimes they will give you a wrong order number do not follow up when needed and sometimes provide incorrect information. In addition the phone line is only long enough for voice mail and there is no online chat which can easily become a turnoff
