However this review may be ahallowed please add it back into the list of reviewsI have had very little experience with Silver Creek Software and their product. My experience has been negative and extremelyuous. I first joined their forum to get Whats new added to my account and saw everything The next day I received an email telling me there was a new update for the software and I needed to update my program. I did not do anything with the update - it was already released. The next day I had a new customer service person coming to our business because one was working on a concerned call with another customer who received our order notification about the update which she never happened to receive until after the business had funned out the order. Thank you for your careful handling of this situation
