I just entered my email address and everything in the first time I tried it was a complete mess. It took forever to start anything and then I had to many errors. So I left the program off line for a while. Now its running perfectly fine but itll only let me do simple things at a time like writing or something....other than that its just trying to get my attention so I can continue doing what Im doing.

I just bought a singleton account on this site and Im really unhappy. The site is easy to use but the user interface is terrible. Ive tried out of many different accounts and never had such trouble with it. Ive even called customer service but they dont even hear me. So please somebody get back to me and fix this problem.
