"I Had A Terrible Experience With"

I had a terrible experience with this company. The first time I called them they told me my phone was broken and that I needed to bring it in to get fixed. When I got there the tech said my phone wasntbroken but that I needed a new one because mine was overdue. He didnt even look at my old phone and said he would just give me a new one instead. Then when I went to use the phone it wouldnt turn on no matter how many times I hit the power button. Finally after spending an hour trying to fix my phone they gave me a brand new one for free and said it wouldnt be done until tomorrow. This is not what you want in a mobile provider.

This company is a complete scam. The people that work there are very unprofessional and try to make you feel like youre going to get a great deal on a phone. They dont even have the decency to give you your money back once the card has been used. Avoid this company at all costs

I just signed up for Siroccomobile.com and was absolutely terrified I havent had a single issue with it yet but I just wanted to let you know that youre doing great things there. But... 1 I changed my password and 2 I get a message from the company saying that my account has been temporarily suspended because I dont have an online status. So Im not sure what the issue is. If youre reading this and theres something wrong with my account please let me know so that I can try to fix it before it gets suspension again.
