I have never had such a negative experience with any software company. The first day I used this program it was not working properly. I had to call customer service and they told me that they were sorry but it is not their responsibility because the software was built by a third party and they could not help me fix it. After weeks of trying to get help from customer service I gave up and decided to return the product. Do not bother using this company if you want your clothes to come out looking like new

For SalesIve been working for Skylark Soft for about 4 years now and have never had such terrible customer service. Ive had to call them up multiple times to get my shipping information and its always been the same person. They always have a lot to do with their own business and dont really need my data. Ive even sent them feedback about their products and they still dont take it seriously. Its honestly make your life very difficult trying to work here.

for MacIve never had such a terrible time in my life. Ive been working at this company for over three years and I have never seen such a lack of customer service. The latest issue is that the software doesnt work well with Macs. Ive tried some things that didnt work and Ive gone through all of the reserves and technical notes from Skylark Soft Limited so that I could know what was wrong with the software. There is no point in keeping it if it doesnt work on Macs.
