I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible at customer service and do not seem to care about their customers. I had a problem with my Core BTS account and the support team was extremely unhelpful and did not respond to my messages fast enough.

I did not have a good experience with this company. I was contacted by their customer service and was told that my account would be suspended if I did not cough up 500.00 in the next 2 weeks. I refused to pay and my account was immediately cancelled.

SkYLinetechnologies.com is a terrible company I have had to many problems with them in the past its always been and is currently a business that doesnt care about their customers. their products and services are nothing more than corebandi ttechnologies what so ever. they just offer a good service for a small price tagI recently worked with SkYLinetechnologies.com again this time on the basis of a certain Core BTS project. They were looking for someone to manage their IT security and performance consulting interests and despite being given a very low priority on their account they took ownership of the project and managed it very well. However my work here was not done properly due to themrely neglecting their responsibility to customer support - which was supposed to be my role as an online customer service representative. Im not sure what the point of this was other than making money for them since its all that matters to
