Sligosoft.com is a company that provides software that helps people save money on their groceries. They offer a variety of programs to help users grocery save money. However one user has created a blog where she begins to sell her services for 5month. This user has made it so that in addition to selling services she also offers service delivery which is trying to be helpful and reliable but with the occasional fast check out. However she has not been careful enough when it comes to customer service. When someone called her name after reading her blog she said she would send me an email telling me what was wrong. However no such call happened. In fact the customer service person I spoke with regards to this problem was keen on learning more about my account and how I was doing. I dopierly understand that something didnt work out with this user and they were willing to take contact phone calls from
