DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST I HAVE DONE MANY TIMES TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THEM AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED. I EVEN MADE A TAPE OF MY PAYMENT RECEIPT SO THAT I COULD REFLECT ON THEIR DECISION IF THERE IS A PROBLEM. THE COMPANY ALSO DOESNT ACCEPT VISA OR MASTERCARD CARD. VERY MISTAKEN CHOICE TO MAKE.

The user review is a bad example of communication and doesnt reflect the quality of service that I believe they would provide. I have been using company smartbol.com for many years and have never had any issues with them - until now. I try to keep up with the changes in my industry and there is not a day goes by without at least one story of someone having to take care of a smart bol cart or machine. I have had mine replaced multiple times... always with great results. Thank you thank you thank youThe companys customer service team should be ashamed of themselves when it comes to this user review. It is clear that the person who wrote it has no other occupation than themselves and is only columnists or customers which SmartBol - Electronic Bill of Lading Solutions - did not prepare him for what he found. There are better things to do than
