I have had a terrible experience with this company. The first time I met the owner he was very nice and promised me that he would be more than happy to help me out. However after several meetings and no progress being made I started getting really frustrated. He never followed through with his promise and when I asked him directly about it he just said well we cant do anything because theres nothing we can do which was quite frustrating. In the end I decided to not work with this company anymore and am extremely disappointed in their lack of response to my complaints.

I found this company to be very unprofessional and unhelpful. I was told by one of the employees that I needed to create a custom software development project before he would help me which I did not. After completing the project and giving him feedback he then said that my project was not worth his time because it was not something that he had experience in. This made me very angry and disappointed with the company.

I have been using company smartdatainc.com for almost a year now and have never had so much trouble with their site beingadult content or having unprofessionalism. Its like they care about nothing other than winning the business of people who visit their site. body image and workflows are everything here not about software development which is where your time is best spent. customer service here is either amazing or terrible depending on your point of view. This past week they had problems with their website and I reported it to customer service. They never happened to me again so I put them through customer service. They were polite and seemed to care about my experience but now theyre not so when Ive been working with them for 2 years. Save your money and time - find something else to do
