I have had to pay for things like repairs but it has never happened to my computer until now. I have been told by other users that their computers were fixed by companies like Smartek21.com and then they would get rich off of their services. The only reason I am giving this company is because I have had no luck with them before.The company smartek21.com is a bad one and they are always out there trying to ruin peoples lives. They are always trying to fix things up with other mistakes and in the process lost money on many occasions. If you want to get away from these guys then you should try somewhere else instead.Im not going to do it again Thanks for asking
