olutions.com is a scamI just got scammed by this company. They said I could get a free home security system if I invested in them and then they would give me a 100 rebate for every new customer I bring in. It was so easy to fall for this scam because the website looked legitimate and the salesperson seemed very friendly. However once I made my purchase everything changed. The first thing they did was send me an email asking me to verify my credit card information - which wasnt even necessary Then they sent me another email saying that my order had shipped and that I needed to come back soon because their system wouldnt start up until I installed the security system After waiting around for hours and not being given any updates on the status of my order I called them again and told them that the security system hadnt even arrived yet and that I would have to cancel my order outright if they didnt send it right away. SolutionsI have had great experiences with Smbssolutions.com. But I would like to share a bad experience that I Have now.I moved out of my apartment and needed a provider for my new address. I found Smbssolutions.com when I was looking for something specific and it was the perfect solution. I am now using their services until I can find a new provider.The people who write these user reviews are always trying to make an argument for their company but they just dont begrudgingly recommend something that they know people will want to use or get paid by. Theyre not honest or provide quality service. Just terrible.

I had a support person from here help me get my home online in less than 24 hours. Thats amazing customer service However I tried to post a review on the website and its now been taken down. I hope they can find and fix the issue before it becomes public knowledge.

SolutionsSMB Solutions is a terrible business model for company smbssolutions.com. First off they are never really worth using because of this they always seem to be sidekick businesses with little impact on the main business model. Second their customer service is often incredibly slow and sometimes doesnt even get past the post-comment stage. Third their products and services are generally not up to date with the current market standard and fourth their prices are often too high for what most people were ever willing to pay.
